Job summary

Pinkbox Doughnuts Commissary Sunset in Las Vegas is seeking a hands-on production leader for doughnut production, quality checks, labor and cost control, sanitation, and staff supervision. The role includes opening readiness and varied hours, including overnights.

You will lead bakery and decorating teams, ensure recipes are followed, monitor quality, and coach staff toward high performance while maintaining safety and workplace standards.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Minimum 2 years in bakery, commissary, or high-volume kitchen leadership.
• Experience supervising teams of at least 15 staff.
• ServSafe certification active.
• Food Handler card valid (not expired).
• Experience with ordering, receiving, pars, and inventory control.
• Skilled in troubleshooting, coaching, and staff development.
• Able to work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead bakery teams to produce specified doughnut quantities daily.
• Ensure recipes are followed and quality standards met.
• Enforce recipe adherence and batch standards.
• Conduct quality control across production stages (appearance, size, taste).
• Directly manage bakery staff: scheduling, daily instructions, oversight, coaching.
• Control waste, food cost, and labor within budget.
• Collaborate with commissary team on training, inventory, costing.
• Follow safety and sanitation rules; maintain daily/weekly logs and checklists.
• Ensure equipment is cleaned and maintained; schedule weekly deep cleans.
• Provide coaching and supervision to maximize staff productivity.
• Report nightly production results and issues to Director of Production.
