Pinkbox Doughnuts in American Fork, UT is seeking a Doughnut Creator to join our kitchen team. You will prepare dough, mix batter, bake or fry to perfection, and set doughnuts up to be fresh, fluffy, and flawless by following exact recipes.

The role requires 1+ year of pastry or baking experience, a County Food Handler’s Card, and legal work eligibility. You will work in a high-volume shop with a fun, fast-paced atmosphere and strict quality control.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of months of pastry or baking experience preferred.
• County Food Handler’s Card is required.
• Must be legally authorized to work per State and Federal guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in doing things the right way.
• Positive attitude and ability to stay focused during high-volume production.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and directions to create delicious doughnuts.
• Accurately weigh ingredients and measure liquids.
• Prepare, cut, and fry doughnuts.
• Safely operate fryers, ovens, and bakery equipment.
• Prepare dough, glaze, icing, fillings, and other components.
• Store dough and doughnuts to maintain freshness and quality.
• Follow portion controls and par levels to support production flow.
• Understand and follow food allergy procedures and special-order restrictions.
• Track times and temperatures for products prepared.
• Maintain awareness of inventory and communicate supply needs.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures.
• Jump in on additional tasks as needed to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
