Krispy Kreme Production Shift Supervisor in Ohio leads hourly production teams in doughnut manufacturing, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while hands-on supporting the line.

You will train staff, maintain records, drive continuous improvements, and partner with the Production Manager to meet production goals. A high school diploma and 3-5 years in a leadership role are required; domestic benefits and weekly pay are offered.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• 3-5 years leadership experience.
• Familiarity with food processing or food packaging processes.
• Knowledge of food safety/GMPs or sanitation.
• Intermediate MS Word, Excel, Outlook skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong work ethic and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example with Food Safety, OSHA, GMP compliance and company policies.
• Train, develop, and schedule new employees for each plant.
• Oversee all plant areas and ensure equipment is in optimal condition.
• Maintain production records (tablet or paper).
• Ensure quality control guidelines are followed.
• Evaluate worker performance and support Production Manager; assign staff to optimize productivity and control costs.
• Communicate attendance and performance; implement disciplinary actions.
• Implement continuous improvement to reduce waste and downtime and improve line efficiency.
• Monitor metrics like Line Efficiency and OEE using the DMA-Doughnut Manufacturing App.
• Monitor department budget and allocate resources.
• Prepare production reports for upper management.
• Report issues impacting safety, productivity, costs, or quality.
• Treat all employees with dignity and fairness.
• Pursue ongoing skills training as requested by management.
