Krispy Kreme is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Toledo, OH to oversee daily shop operations, manage the flow of service with a focus on safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed, and help build a high-performance team of hourly Team Members.

You will assist the AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, and training, provide exceptional guest service, and nurture a culture where every associate feels welcomed and valued.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture where peeps are empowered to showcase their originality.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Travel Requirements: 0-10%.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members.
