Job summary

Pizza Inn, Inc. in Louisiana is seeking a versatile Pizza Maker to prepare dough, assemble pizzas, and maintain a clean station. You will roll Italian, thin and NY dough, and complete the Dough Master Program certification.

Responsibilities include opening/closing checklists, assisting in other areas as needed, and adhering to food safety and teamwork standards in a typical restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• One year experience in a food preparation position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills job descriptions of pizza maker, cut & pack and dishwasher/busser.
• Completes and is certified in the Dough Master Program.
• Rolls Italian, Thin and NY dough.
• Prepares stuffed crust pizza.
• Keeps dough-rolling area clean and organized.
• Takes apart, cleans and assembles the dough roller.
• Assists in other areas of restaurant when needed.
• Completes opening and/or closing checklists.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Company Management.

Physical Demands

Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to supervisors and employees. Must have the ability to lift pots, pans, etc. up to 40 pounds in weight. Must be able to read and write to facilitate communication.
