Pizza Inn is seeking a kitchen team member to support pizza making, dough preparation, and dish/oven duties in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to follow safety protocols, and a willingness to assist in other areas as needed to keep services running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill job descriptions of pizza maker, cut & pack and dishwasher/busser.
• Complete and is certified in the Dough Master Program.
• Roll Italian, Thin and NY dough.
• Prepare stuffed crust pizza.
• Keep dough-rolling area clean and organized.
• Take apart, clean and assemble the dough roller.
• Assist in other areas of restaurant when needed.
• Complete opening and/or closing checklists.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

Minimum requirements for entry into position

• One-year experience in a food preparation position preferred.

Skills And Characteristics Required

• Must be organized, flexible, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to communicate effectively with other employees.
• Must have a sense of urgency.

Physical Demands

Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to supervisors and employees. Must have the ability to lift pots, pans, etc. up to 40 pounds in weight. Must be able to read and write to facilitate communication.
