Job summary

TreeHouse Foods, Inc. is hiring a Dough Lead for the Ogden Plant. The Production Lead will oversee packing line staff, optimize workflow, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. You will train employees, monitor performance, and maintain a clean, compliant production floor.

This full-time role on 1st shift (6:30 am–3:00 pm, Monday–Friday with some Saturdays) emphasizes GMP adherence and teamwork, with opportunities for career growth within a large private label food producer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in a food manufacturing or similar production environment preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Oversee packing line employees and ensure efficient production flow.
• Train new employees and manage staffing levels.
• Coach staff, monitor performance, and recognize strong performers.
• Ensure GMPs, safety procedures, and company policies are followed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary production environment.
