Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Warehouse Manager for its Ogden, UT facility. You will lead warehouse operations, supervise staff, manage the annual budget, and ensure cost adherence.

This on-site, first-shift role requires strong CI focus, safety leadership, and cross-functional collaboration with plants and corporate operations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in warehousing/manufacturing with 3+ years in supervision, plus WMS/TMS proficiency and solid budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years in warehouse/manufacturing; 3+ years in supervision.
• Proficiency with WMS and TMS software.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of safety, inventory management, and budget adherence.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations and supervise staff to meet targets.
• Coordinate with plants, warehouses, and corporate to resolve issues.
• Promote safe work practices and safety participation.
• Ensure timely receiving and shipping accuracy.
• Review invoices, approve payments, and assist payables.
• Drive Continuous Improvement (CI) and Lean initiatives.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback/corrective actions.
• Maintain clean, organized, and compliant warehouse areas.
• Ensure policy compliance, including union agreements if applicable.
• Support strategic plant-wide initiatives and annual budgeting.
