Job summary

Dessert Holdings in Aurora, CO is seeking a Production Lead for our 1st shift (3:00 PM–3:00 AM) to oversee safe and quality food production following SQF, HACCP and GMP standards. You will lead 10–40 employees, manage line staffing, ensure adherence to batch sheets, and drive continuous improvement on the production floor.

Starting wage is $20.60 per hour with training, benefits and growth opportunities across multiple brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing and leadership roles.
• Ability to read/write production documentation in English or Spanish.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with batch sheets.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication required.
• Prior experience leading production teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, quality production following SQF, HACCP and GMP.
• Lead 10–40 employees to meet hourly/daily goals and reduce waste.
• Verify batch sheets, formulas, and material usage at start-up/changeovers.
• Coach staff on safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Maintain real-time production records and KPIs; escalate issues.
