Job summary

TreeHouse Foods, Inc. is seeking a Packing Lead in Ogden to supervise packing line employees, ensure efficient production flow, and uphold safety and quality standards on the 1st shift.

This full-time role runs from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday with some Saturdays. A high school diploma is required; food manufacturing experience is preferred, along with strong verbal and written communication and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in a food manufacturing or similar production environment preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing levels, assign workstations, and train new employees
• Monitor employee performance, provide coaching, and recognize strong performance
• Ensure team members follow GMPs, safety procedures, and company policies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary production environment
• Maintain compliance with food safety, food defense, food quality standards, and perform other assigned duties
