Nature's Bakery is seeking a Production Lead to lead a shift, train operators, and execute plans that accelerate building people capability and ensure smooth shift operation under the Shift Manager. You will oversee safety, quality, and production KPIs while coordinating labor and materials for efficient output.

The role emphasizes Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and teamwork to maintain a clean, organized, and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of GMP/OSHA and safety protocols.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Experience planning and scheduling labor and materials.
• Familiarity with ERP systems for inventory and work orders.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership on your shift - oversee performance and safety of assigned personnel.
• Maintain quality and safety standards through audits and inspections.
• Optimize production efficiency by planning labor, materials and schedules.
• Promote lean manufacturing and continuous improvement through daily meetings and KPI reviews.
• Support the team and relieve operators as needed.
