Job summary

TreeHouse Foods in Ogden, UT is seeking a Dough Lead for the Ogden Plant on first shift. You will manage staffing, train new employees, and ensure GMP compliance while maintaining a clean, safe production area.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma; experience in a food manufacturing environment is preferred. The position operates 6:30 am–3:00 pm, Monday through Friday with some Saturdays. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Dough Lead: Ogden Plant

About the Role
  • Manage staffing levels, assign workstations, and train new employees
  • Monitor employee performance, provide coaching, and recognize strong performance
  • Ensure team members follow GMPs, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary production environment
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, food defense, food quality standards, and perform other assigned duties
Important Details

This is a full-time permanent role on 1st shift, which operates from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm Monday through Friday with some Saturdays.

About You
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in a food manufacturing or similar production environment is preferred
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications (word, excel, power point)
