Job summary

Port City Logistics Inc. seeks a DOT Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to local, state, and federal DOT regulations. The role requires deep FMCSA knowledge and a proactive mindset to streamline compliance processes, reporting to the Director of Safety & Compliance.

The successful candidate will oversee Driver Qualification Files, conduct regular audits, manage IFTA/IRP, and coordinate with operations. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1+ years of high-volume Driver Qualification File management.
• Experience supporting FMCSA motor carrier compliance and DOT regulations.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state DOT compliance and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Driver Qualification Files for CDL and non-CDL drivers, ensuring documents are accurate and up to date.
• Manage compliance activities including Clearinghouse queries, drug screenings, DOT verifications, and MVR monitoring.
• Monitor Hours of Service for drivers and provide guidance on safe driving practices.
