Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. seeks a DOT Compliance and Onboarding Coordinator to support our Non-Driver Recruiting operations. You will handle data entry, attendance, and HR reporting while ensuring compliance with DOT, OSHA, and safety policies.

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school; or two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in a business environment.
• SHRM or PHR certification is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive).
• Able to multitask and perform under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic with integrity and mature business judgment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Class D driver's license is required and candidate must be eligible to be insured.

Responsibilities

• Handle general administrative duties (data entry, copying, filing, assisting employees).
• Process and approve time-off requests accurately and timely.
• Administer attendance policy; monitor and report attendance occurrences.
• Conduct audits for HR and provide corrective-action recommendations.
• Run department reports and provide data summaries.
• Support clerical tasks and act as back-up receptionist when needed.
• Attend and complete all company development, safety, and compliance training.
