Responsibilities:

• Following theestablished process, accurately and timely processes andapproves time off requests for employees.
• Administer allaspects of the attendance policy, including monitoring andreporting of attendance occurrences.
• Conducts variousaudits for the Human Resources Department and providesrecommendations for corrective actions as needed.
• As assigned, runsdepartment reports and provides a summary of data.
• May perform otherclerical functions such as scanning, prepares newAssociate files, processes mail, and acts as back-up forthe receptionist when absent.
