Key Responsibilities

• Driver Coaching & Development –Mentor and guide drivers through safety assessments,evaluations, and targeted improvement plans.
  
• Incident Investigations – Conductthorough investigations and detailed reporting for accidents,injuries, and safety incidents.
  
• SafetyEngagement & Programs – Promote driver engagementthrough proactive safety initiatives, appreciation activities, andincentive programs.
  
• RegulatoryCompliance – Administer DOT licensing, examinations, andcompliance documentation to ensure full regulatoryadherence.
  
• Drug & Alcohol ProgramOversight – Manage the DOT Drug and Alcohol program,ensuring compliance with all testing requirements.
