Job summary

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school, or two years of related experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and integrity with mature business judgment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Class D driver’s license is required and candidate must be eligible to be insured.

Responsibilities

• General administrative duties such as data entry, copying, filing, assisting employees, and other tasks as determined by the department.
• Process and approve time off requests accurately and timely.
• Administer all aspects of the attendance policy, including monitoring and reporting attendance occurrences.
• Conduct audits for HR and provide recommendations for corrective actions as needed.
• Run department reports and provide summaries of data.
• Back-up receptionist duties and other clerical functions as needed.
• Attend and complete all company development, safety, and compliance training.
• Adhere to DOT, OSHA rules and ISO quality programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
