Insights Training Group LLC is seeking a Residential Supervisor for the Carl D Perkins Job Corps Center. The role involves supervising students to ensure a safe, orderly dorm living environment and coordinating daily dorm operations.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED (associates preferred) and a valid driver’s license. It emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and a supportive, respectful residential atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Ensures orderly, clean living conditions by scheduling and supervising, and participating in dorm clean up and submitting repair requests.
• Provides supervision for the cafeteria, laundry, special activities (on and off Center) and other areas of the program as scheduled or assigned.
• Identifies and assists students in handling special problems and conducts dormitory meetings.
• Maintains individual records for each student including emergency contacts and parental consent (minors) for weekend passes to approved destinations.
