State of South Carolina is seeking a residential supervisor to oversee a floor of students in a dormitory setting. You will ensure safety, conduct basic first aid, and support students in developing independent living and study skills.

Responsibilities include enforcing conduct, reporting incidents, guiding personal hygiene and grooming, and coordinating with parents and staff to promote student welfare.

Formación

• Requires a High School Diploma, or equivalent GED.
• Three years of successful supervision of children in a caregiving capacity.
• Associate's Degree and one year supervision experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises 5-15 students on a dorm floor/wing and enforces Student Code of Conduct.
• Documents and reports student discipline and safety incidents.
• Teaches personal hygiene, independent living, study habits and responsibilities.
• Ensures safety and conducts basic first aid as needed and evacuations if necessary.
• Engages students in leisure activities and supports problem solving; communicates with parents and staff regularly.
