Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Experience in a Job Corps or related program is a plus.
• Must be able to participate in career development services and counseling.

Responsibilities

• Guide students to achieve positive attitudes and proper behavior in dormitory living.
• Arrange student visits to counselors and assist in unit activities.
• Patrol dormitories to ensure safety and address behavioral issues.
• Prepare daily operations reports and administrative correspondence related to students.
• Direct students and assist in dormitory cleanup and maintenance.
• Maintain student files and ensure documentation is complete and up-to-date.
• Enter student case notes in the center information system.
• Support zero tolerance policy and foster positive peer leadership.
