Astound is seeking a field-based residential sales representative in the Brownwood, TX area. You will start with a base salary of $34,000 and earn uncapped commissions, with total on-target earnings up to $90,000 or more based on performance.

This role is door-to-door and face-to-face, requiring outdoor work and exceptional communication and negotiation skills. You will build relationships with residents and property managers while driving new business and delivering Astound solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Comfortable with outdoor field sales.
• Face-to-face customer interactions

Responsabilités

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction with residents and referrals.
• Distribute marketing material and facilitate campaigns to build Astound brand awareness.
• Review property details and understand service levels, terms, and obligations.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales statistics to management.
• Pursue leads daily and sign up orders at customers' residences.
