Astound is seeking a results-driven sales professional for face-to-face, door-to-door residential representations in the Dallas, TX area. The role offers a base salary of $34,000 plus uncapped commissions, with total on-target earnings around $90,000.

Prospects include flexible scheduling, outdoor fieldwork, and a strong support framework to grow earnings through performance. This is a full-time, in-person sales position with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Excellent communications, relationship building, organizational, presentation and influence skills.
• Must be motivated, self-starter and comfortable with working autonomously.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through professional, face-to-face interaction with residents, property management groups, and other referral sources
• Aggressively pursue any leads provided daily
• Distribute marketing material, facilitate strategic marketing campaigns, build Astound brand awareness
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales statistics to management
• Stay up to date with competitor activity in the market
