Astound is seeking a dynamic sales professional for residential direct selling in the Waco, TX area. You will start with a base salary of $34,000 and have uncapped commissions that can drive total earnings to six figures with strong performance.

The role schedules Tuesday through Saturday, field-based, with flexibility based on business needs. You will engage residents and property managers, provide service quotes, and sign up customers while representing Astound with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Excellent communications, relationship building, organizational, presentation and influence skills.
• Must be a motivated, self-starter and comfortable with working autonomously.
• Must be detail oriented and has highly developed organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Face-to-face and door-to-door sales to obtain new customers in residences and with property management groups.
• Present quotes and sign up orders, distribute marketing material, and build Astound brand awareness.
• Report sales statistics to management and pursue leads daily.
