Astound is seeking a field-based, door-to-door residential sales representative in the Dallas, TX area. You will earn a base salary of $34,000 plus uncapped commissions, with total on-target earnings around $90,000 and potential to exceed six figures for top performers.

The role focuses on acquiring new customers through face-to-face interactions, with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule and strong earning potential through commissions and bonuses, backed by robust training and support.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Visit potential customers at residences to discuss service needs and sign up orders.

• Pursue leads and build Astound brand awareness in assigned territory.
• Attend sales meetings and report statistics to management.
• Maintain knowledge of property contracts, service levels, and obligations.
