ASSA ABLOY is seeking a Sales Representative for End User accounts in the Massachusetts/Connecticut area. You will build relationships with facility managers, security directors, and IT leaders, while working with partners to drive opening solutions across commercial buildings.

The role emphasizes solution selling, technical aptitude, and travel to meet customer needs. A college degree is preferred, with 2–3 years of sales experience in construction or related fields and proficiency in CRM tools

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in building materials or construction.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and standard office software.
• Ability to read specifications and understand facility standards.

Responsibilities

• Call on Facility Managers, Security Directors, IT Directors, and Planning Departments in end-user accounts.
• Partner with wholesalers, integrators, locksmiths, and distributors to maximize impact.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term sales plans; identify client needs and present solutions.
