We are seeking an Advertising Sales Manager to lead client acquisition, craft bespoke advertising solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You will develop relationships with advertisers and agencies, present compelling pitches, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field required.
• 6+ years of related work experience in digital out of home or advertising sales.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify new brand partners, programmatic sales channels, and direct advertisers.
• Develop, cultivate, and maintain relationships with advertisers, agencies, and brand partners to drive media sales.
• Identify client needs and craft tailored advertising solutions across our network channels.
• Manage full sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, closing, and onboarding, post-sale support, and upselling at contract end.
• Deliver pitches, proposals, and presentations to internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and RFPs from prospective partners; lead sales funnel advancements.
• Share campaign performance and optimizations with clients; support operations as needed.
• Oversee pricing, packaging, negotiations, and contracting for direct and programmatic accounts.
• Maintain records of sales, placements, advertising customers, and forecast data.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction.
