Job summary

Pinkbox Doughnuts is seeking a Manager/Assistant Manager to lead day-to-day operations in a busy donut shop. You will oversee hiring, training and performance management for the team, while maintaining food safety and quality standards.

You’ll monitor payroll and inventory, open/close duties, and ensure outstanding customer experiences that boost donut sales. Ideal candidates bring a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role in a BOH/kitchen setting, preferably in bakeries, and are comfortable

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a managerial or supervisory role in a BOH/kitchen setting.
• Preferably in a bakery or pastry environment.
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, onboarding, coaching and performance management for store team.
• Support labor scheduling and workforce planning to meet needs.
• Monitor payroll, labor costs and store productivity metrics.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation and health compliance standards.
• Open and close store operations including cash handling.
• Keep inventory, sales reports and employee performance under review.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction through flawless donut quality and service.
