You will manage labor scheduling, monitor payroll, uphold food safety standards, handle cash procedures, and drive sales by delighting customers with our treats.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a food service or hospitality setting.
• Ability to lead and train a diverse team with positive coaching and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management of store team members
• Support labor scheduling and workforce planning to meet operational needs
• Monitor payroll, labor costs, and store productivity metrics
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health compliance standards
• Open and close store operations, including cash handling and deposit procedures
• Ensure our donut creations are fresh and ready to satisfy customer cravings
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction through excellent service and teamwork
• Provide guidance and support to the donut dream team, managing scheduling and training
