Job summary

Pinkbox Doughnuts is seeking a Training Manager to lead field training and write operation manuals across shops in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will certify new managers, develop onboarding paths, and ensure consistent training with a focus on quality and safety.

Expect travel to stores for hands-on coaching and rollout of new products. Your role includes creating and maintaining SOPs, training materials, and job aids, plus partnering with HR, marketing and operations to support

Qualifications

• Five+ years in multi-unit restaurant, bakery or quick-service ops.
• Proven record writing operational documentation used by staff.
• Hands-on experience opening new locations preferred.
• Strong writing and presentation skills to train teams.
• Knowledge of scheduling, labor and food cost, inventory and POS.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to read and interpret SOPs, handbooks and docs.
• ServSafe Manager cert or ability to obtain within 60 days; food handler card.

Responsibilities

• Own the written standard for shop operations and keep it current.
• Write and maintain the operations manual, guides and SOPs.
• Create floor-ready job aids and onboarding materials.
• Provide field training and certify managers and staff.
• Lead training for new shop openings and roll out changes.
• Collaborate with production, innovation, marketing, HR.
