Job summary

Pinkbox Doughnuts in Las Vegas seeks a Doughnut Boss to uphold product quality and customer service. You will lead staff, manage cash handling and safety protocols, and oversee training and daily operations to ensure store success.

You will be responsible for learning every position in the store, maintaining brand standards, and supporting a fast-paced, customer-focused environment at our 24/7 location.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of restaurant experience required.
• Clark County Health Card required.
• Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines.
• Maintain a positive attitude in busy conditions.
• Ability to multi-task and lead FOH and BOH across departments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all products meet Pinkbox Doughnuts standards.
• Interact with employees, customers and vendors in a positive, professional demeanor and be a role model.
• Become knowledgeable in each position within the store.
• Maintain manager authority for cash handling, refunds, voids and discounts.
• Ensure sanitation practices in food handling and kitchen operations.
• Follow safety and security policies set by the Company.
• Train and coach employees during shifts to meet brand standards.
• Use tools to manage labor and control inventory.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by Management to run the store effectively.
