Job summary

Minnesota PBS is seeking a Donor Stewardship Specialist to enhance retention and growth among donors through timely stewardship touchpoints. The role reports to the Director of Major Gifts and Planned Giving and requires a strong focus on recognition and compliance.

Hybrid work environment; candidates must live in or relocate to the Twin Cities Metro area and be onsite at least three days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• 2–3 years fundraising and/or donor stewardship experience.
• Experience with individual and institutional giving teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive donor retention and growth through stewardship and outreach.
• Curate updates and distribute stewardship communications across the division.
• Ensure compliance with grant requirements and donor recognition.
• Maintain CRM donor records and support team initiatives.
• Collaborate across departments to deliver donor touchpoints.
