Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work 40 hours per week.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize and manage projects with deadlines and budgets.
• Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and at all levels.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and FERPA compliance.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing a comprehensive stewardship program and donor reports.
• Plan, execute, and track donor journeys for annual giving, endowed funds, and legacy society donors.
• Create compelling donor stories for websites, donor reports and other communications.
• Communicate with donors by phone, mail, or email to express thanks.
• Create and send scholarship stewardship communications to donors.
• Update donor acknowledgment procedures and gift receipts.
• Collaborate with Gift Officers to develop CEPs and maintain procedures.
• Maintain donor communication standards across the team.
• Develop fluency with donor activity and fundraising stakeholders.
