Job summary

St. Paul’s School is seeking a Stewardship Coordinator to build and execute a comprehensive stewardship and recognition program that honors donors and inspires continued support.

You will manage endowment and annual giving reports, develop acknowledgments, and coordinate donor communications across stakeholders. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and timely execution to deliver high-quality, personalized stewardship that fosters long-term philanthropy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (liberal arts or business focus preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Collaborate effectively to produce reports, correspondence and acknowledgments in a variety of voices.
• Analyze, understand and organize financial data.
• Develop effective interpersonal relationships with donors and volunteers on professional and social bases.

Responsibilities

• Act as point person for preparing endowment fund impact reports for donors and fund contacts, along with impact reports for various giving initiatives in collaboration with the various stakeholders.
• Process, design and implement gift acknowledgment processes.
• Lead donor recognition initiatives and tailor stewardship for special gifts.
• Oversee production of the endowment fund report and annual giving report in collaboration with Advancement and Communications Office.
• Collaborate with Advancement Leadership and Gift Officers to craft stewardship pieces for donors.
• Refine stewardship activities and develop innovative donor recognition methods.
• Coordinate leadership gift recognition with Communications, leadership gift officers, and Rector’s Office.
• Lead creation and maintenance of donor recognition plaques and related events.
• Coordinate nominations and promotions for awards and prizes for donor reporting.
• Assist with other Advancement activities as assigned.
