Job summary

Habitat for Humanity of Lee and Hendry Counties is seeking a Donor Development Administrator to manage DonorPerfect, maintain donor records, and support fundraising operations. The role includes stewardship of recurring donors, prospect research, and collaboration with the Development team to cultivate relationships.

The successful candidate will handle gratitude outreach, data reporting, and moves management, ensuring accurate donor data and effective fundraising workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of administrative, office support, or donor database experience.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator of DonorPerfect, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Coordinate and oversee the recurring giving program and donor stewardship.
• Conduct donor prospect research to support cultivation and solicitation.
• Provide administrative support for donor portfolios and fundraising activities.
• Prepare donor communications, mailings, and stewardship materials.
• Collaborate with the Resource & Development team to support fundraising goals and events.
