Job summary

Habitat for Humanity of Lee and Hendry Counties is seeking a ReStore Associate to support daily store operations, assist customers and donors, process sales, and maintain a clean, safe shopping environment across the sales floor, warehouse, and loading dock.

Under the supervision of the ReStore Manager and Assistant Manager, you will train and supervise volunteers, participate in pricing decisions, handle donations, and help create a welcoming, mission-focused shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year customer service preferred.
• Experience in thrift, resale, or donation-based retail operations a plus.
• Experience with merchandising and product display a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, prompt, and attentive service to customers and donors at all times.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately, ensuring correct pricing and proper handling of transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of store promotions, advertisements, and pricing to assist customers effectively.
• Assist with unloading donations and processing items for sale.
• Coordinate and collaborate with volunteers to create a positive experience and uphold store operations.
