Job summary

The Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida seeks a Development Database Manager to serve as the primary administrator of the donor database (DonorPerfect). You will ensure data integrity, process gifts, generate reports, and support fundraising strategies with accurate donor records and timely acknowledgments.

Qualifications

• Experience with donor management systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Commitment to the AFP Code of Ethical Principles and Standards and compliance with fundraising regulations.
• Interest in continuing education to stay current on fundraising trends and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Development donor database (DonorPerfect).
• Maintain data integrity and oversee data-entry practices.
• Record charitable contributions, recurring gifts, pledges, and donor information in DonorPerfect.
• Process donations, generate daily contributions reports, and prepare acknowledgments.
• Analyze fundraising data, prepare reports and targeted mailing lists.
• Develop donor segmentation and portfolio management to support moves management.
