Stanford Blood Center seeks a Training Supervisor to lead the Donor Services Training Strategy under the Donor Services Director and Medical Director. You will design and implement programs for whole blood and apheresis collection, donor evaluation and relations.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering adult learning programs.
• Ability to lead training governance and CAPA processes.
• Strong knowledge of FDA and AABB regulatory standards.
• Proven coaching and performance management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsabilités

• Plan, develop, implement and evaluate training programs for whole blood and apheresis.
• Ensure regulatory readiness and pass audits.
• Supervise trainers and mentor staff.
• Maintain regulator-ready training documentation.
• Lead Train-the-Trainer program and certify trainers.
• Collaborate with Donor Services management to meet training requirements.
