Job summary

CSL Vifor in Fort Worth, TX, seeks a center support role focused on training reception staff and facilitating donor flow. You’ll register donors, conduct health screenings, and educate donors about plasma-derived products. Strong attention to SOPs and patient confidentiality is essential.

You will answer inquiries, assist with scheduling, and help maintain equipment and records. This full-time position requires basic math, reliability, and flexibility for shift coverage in a busy plasma center.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in health care of plasma collection environment.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Assist qualified donors with screening procedures in line with SOPs and perform health screening tasks.
• Register applicant and transfer donors as trained and needed to support center operations.
• Educate donors on therapeutic products from donated plasma and center policies.
• Answer calls and provide information to callers as needed.
• Monitor donor reactions during pheresis and notify staff promptly.
• Maximize donor flow by allocating staff and resources efficiently.
• Calibrate equipment daily, troubleshoot issues, and document incidents.
• Provide guidance and training to reception staff on processes and procedures.
• Support center management with staff scheduling and donor relations issues.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic management system per SOPs.
• Understand hyperimmune program policies if applicable.
• Maintain a clean, compliant work environment and supply levels.
• Ensure confidentiality of personnel, donor, and center information.
• May be cross-trained in other areas to meet business needs.
• Bilingual skills may be required at the organization’s discretion.
