Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking an ADC Donor Specialist at the Chamblee Tucker location. This full-time role uses donation intake and processing to support our mission of helping local job seekers.

Responsibilities include processing donations quickly and accurately, maintaining a welcoming guest experience, and following safety procedures. We offer weekly pay, benefits, and training opportunities within our network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of production experience preferred.
• Basic math and reading skills required.
• Good oral and written communication in English.
• Must be able to work at any Goodwill ADC within the territory.
• Age 18+ to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Display a professional, patient, and 'people first' attitude with guests.
• Provide a donation receipt to guests at donation time.
• Answer guest questions and resolve issues per procedures.
• Sort donations into designated categories.
• Communicate effectively with management when needed.
• Follow training playbooks, e-learning and instructions.
• Evaluate and navigate decisions effectively.
• Promote cooperation and teamwork with peers.
• Keep the donor door area clean and organized.
• Adhere to safety and security practices and report hazards.
• Assist truck drivers with loading/unloading donations.
• Attend and complete required trainings and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
