Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a part-time ADC Donor Specialist in Chamblee Tucker to process donations and support the donor center operations. You will help guests, issue receipts, and ensure a smooth donation experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• One year or more production experience preferred.
• Must have basic math and reading skills.
• Must be able to work at any Goodwill of North Georgia ADC within the territory as needed.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate a forklift

Responsibilities

• Always display a professional, patient, and “people first” attitude with guests.
• Provide a donation receipt to each guest at the time of donating.
• Handle guest questions and resolve problems by following procedures.
• Sort donations into designated categories.
• Communicate effectively with management when necessary.
• Perform tasks according to training playbooks and instructions.
• Promote cooperation and teamwork with peers.
• Maintain a neat, clean donor door area/ADC location.
