Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking an ADC Donor Specialist to join our team at the Shakerag ADC location in Suwanee, GA. You will grade donated goods, process items efficiently, and ensure accurate donor receipts.

The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and teamwork in a busy retail environment. We offer weekly pay, PTO, health/dental/vision coverage, uniforms, and access to job skills training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of production experience preferred.
• Must have basic math and reading skills.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills in English.
• Must be able to work at any Goodwill ADC within the territory; forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods to sell in Retail stores.
• Process goods quickly to meet production goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Sort donations into designated categories.
• Provide a donation receipt to each guest at donation time.
• Assist truck drivers with loading/unloading donations.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized donor door area/ADC location.
• Follow safety and security practices and report hazards.
