Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is hiring for a full-time Donation Processor in Georgia. You will examine and grade donated goods, sort items, and assist with loading donations while ensuring guest satisfaction and safety protocols.

The role requires basic math/reading, English communication, and the ability to work across multiple ADC locations. Benefits include weekly pay, PTO, and staff insurance."

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of production experience preferred.
• Good written and oral English communication.
• Must be able to work at any Goodwill ADC within the territory as needed.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods to sell in Goodwill of North Georgia Retail stores.
• Process goods in an accelerated manner to meet production goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Display a professional, patient attitude with guests.
• Provide a donation receipt to each guest at the time of donating.
• Sort donations into designated categories.
• Assist truck drivers with loading/unloading donations.
• Maintain safety and report hazards to management.
• Attend trainings and meetings as required.
