Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking an ADC Donor Specialist in North Milton, GA. This full-time, hourly position processes donations and delivers strong guest service in a fast-paced setting. You will handle receipts, sort goods, and support drivers while adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of production experience preferred.
• Basic math and reading skills required.
• Must be able to work at any ADC location within the territory.
• Must be 18+ to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Always display a professional, patient, and “people first” attitude with guests.
• Provide a donation receipt to each guest at the time of donating.
• Adequately handle guest questions and resolve problems by following agency and departmental standard operating procedures.
• Properly sort donations into designated categories.
• Effectively communicate with management when necessary.
• Attend and complete all required trainings and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
