Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a part-time ADC Donor Specialist at the Chamblee Tucker location to greet guests and process donations efficiently. You will grade donated goods and help with loading/unloading in a fast-paced setting.

This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and guest service while supporting mission-driven work. Experience in donation processing or warehouse work is helpful; a positive attitude and basic math/reading skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of production experience preferred.
• Must have basic math and reading skills.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work at multiple ADC locations within the territory.
• 18+ to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Display a professional, patient, and guest-first attitude with visitors.
• Provide a donation receipt at the time of donation.
• Answer guest questions and resolve issues per SOPs.
• Sort donations into designated categories.
• Coordinate with management when needed.
• Follow training materials and procedures in daily tasks.
• Assist truck drivers with loading/unloading donations.
• Attend required trainings and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
