Job summary

Jewish Community Foundation, a subsidiary of Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ, seeks a Manager, Donor Services & Operations to lead DAFs, custodial funds, and related vehicles with a focus on service, compliance, and donor satisfaction.

The role works hybrid, coordinating with finance, development, and external partners to ensure accurate processing of grants, stock gifts, and fundholder support.

Qualifications

• Experience with grantmaking and donor-advised fund (DAF) platforms or similar financial/philanthropic software.
• Strong data harvesting, analysis, manipulation, and reporting skills.
• Excellent listening to donors, reflecting their needs and priorities, and understanding donor intent.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a service mindset to ensure donors feel valued and supported.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally, especially with finance and philanthropic/foundation teams.
• Experience in financial accounting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer donor-advised fund and custodial fund programs.
• Oversee grantmaking software and coordinate with external developers.
• Process grants and other disbursements with due diligence on grantees.
• Support the development and execution of the DAF marketing strategy.
• Respond to donor requests and collaborate with finance and development teams.
