Job summary

The Jewish Federations of North America is looking for a Manager of Donor Services & Operations to oversee the Donor Advised Fund programs. You will work closely with the Director to ensure a seamless experience for donors and fundholders while managing grantmaking software.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, financial accounting knowledge, and the ability to learn new technologies. This hybrid role allows for in-office work on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Qualifications

• High level of comfort learning new technologies.
• Demonstrated expertise with grantmaking and donor advised fund platforms.
• Strong experience with data harvesting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer JCF’s grantmaking software.
• Process and enter grants and other disbursements.
• Support the development and execution of the JCF marketing strategy.
