Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Donor Service Representative to welcome donors, assist with donations and provide information about our programs. This role supports the Donated Goods Retail department and helps ensure smooth intake of clothing and household items for resale.

Responsibilities include greeting donors, issuing receipts, assisting with unloading, completing donor paperwork, helping with safety and cleanliness, and contributing to special events.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old (responsible for equipment operation).
• Ability to speak, hear, read and write.
• Ability to speak English to interact with donors and customers satisfactorily.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greets donors in a pleasant and professional manner and promotes Goodwill Keystone Area.
• Assists donors with donations, unloading, receipts, and provides information to donors.
• Completes donor tracking paperwork accurately and timely.
• Assists transportation and production areas, handles cleanup and safety practices.
• Supports organizational programs and special events.
