Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Donor Service Representative to warmly greet donors and assist with donations, receipts, and information at our donation sites. You will help unload donations, support transportation tasks, and ensure a clean, safe donor area.

This role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. A forklift license is a valued qualification for material handling.

Responsibilities

• Greets donors in a pleasant and professional manner and represents Goodwill Keystone Area positively.
• Assists donors with donations and unloading from vehicles; issues receipts.
• Completes donor tracking paperwork accurately and timely.
• Supports transportation and warehouse tasks, including loading/unloading and moving materials.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly donor and production area.
