Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Donor Service Representative to assist donors, promote the organization, and manage donations for resale in its stores. The role involves greeting donors, processing donations, issuing receipts, and maintaining donation areas with safety in mind.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old (responsible for equipment operation).
• Ability to speak, hear, read and write.
• Ability to speak English to interact with donors and customers.
• Must present a neat and positive appearance and demeanor.
• Must possess good customer service skills.
• Must be able to stand for extended period.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greets donors in a pleasant and professional manner and promotes Goodwill Keystone Area.
• Assists donors with donations, unloads donations, issues receipts and provides information.
• Completes donor tracking paperwork accurately and submits promptly.
• Assists transportation, loads/unloads trucks, and supports material handling flow.
• Maintains safety procedures and ensures proper footwear and gloves are worn.
• Prices hard goods as needed and keeps the donation and production areas orderly.
• Supports events and participates in organizational programs as needed.
• Communicates progress, problems, and concerns to the Production Manager.
