Job summary

Greater Worcester Community Foundation in Worcester, MA seeks a Philanthropy Associate to support donor engagement and fundholder administration in a hybrid full-time role. You will handle donor communications, fund records, and grant processing while collaborating across departments to enhance philanthropic impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• 2–4 years in nonprofit fundraising, philanthropy, business, or legal fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with donors and partners.
• Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; donor databases a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary admin contact for donors and fundholders with responsive support.
• Manage fundholder records and donor data in C-Suite and Foundant.
• Process donations and grants in alignment with Foundation standards.
• Track pledges and compliance reporting for donors and funders.
• Coordinate meetings and communications for donor engagement and events.
